Now, more than ever, safety measures are of paramount importance, and for that, we have implemented a series of cleaning and sanitization protocols following the guidelines and regulations set forth by the Greek authorities and the W.H.O.

Our Health & Safety Measures:

Guest arrival & accommodation

• Upon arrival, you will be provided with a face mask for use on the hotel premises.
• Hand sanitizers are available in all common use spaces of the premises and your suite or apartment.
• Increased cleaning and sanitization of high-touch common areas, using cleaners and disinfectants with proven antibacterial efficiency.
• Social distancing is to be practiced in all common use areas, indoors or outdoors.
• Breakfast and room service procedures have been adapted to minimize guests’ contact with food and possible cross-contamination.
• Food deliveries and take out are not permitted to prevent the possibility of cross-contamination.

Staff training & wellbeing

• All members of our staff have undergone training on health and safety protocols.
• All staff members have to wear a protective facemask at all times and have been instructed for frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
• A member of the staff has been assigned to oversee the staff’s compliance with the safety measures.
• Personal protective equipment is constantly provided to all staff members and social distancing is practiced in all hotel premises.
• Staff stations are cleaned and disinfected after every shift change, using cleaners and disinfectants with proven antibacterial efficiency.

We are monitoring all recent guidelines on the prevention of Covid-19 spread, and we make sure to update our health and safety protocols whenever needed.
